what triggered you to go to cosmetology school?
After getting my associates in arts I knew I needed more. I wanted something creative and social. I was always doing everybody’s hair and make up. It just came naturally. It was the perfect choice, a perfect fit.

- I love anything creative, so all of the arts. Music, theater, dance, art.
- Philosophical. Always looking for the “why” and understanding the world around me.

what do you like to do in your free time?
I watch a lot of HG TV. If I could redecorate whenever the inspiration hit, it would be so wonderful! I am always trying to create beauty. Right now it’s outside in our yard with flowers and veggies, lights and cozy sitting areas. We don’t have much space so I have to get creative. When I have more free time and money I would love to spend time traveling and seeing as much of the world as possible!

what do you love about working at suite 115 salon?
I love the ambience. It is beautiful! It’s always busy and there is a positive energy. I think it makes people feel special when they’re here.
why do you love what you do?
I love that it’s physical and I’m always moving and not sitting in one place. I love the camaraderie in the salon, the energy. I’m not supposed to say make people pretty, but the other day I had to frazzled exhausted moms who felt recharged taken care of and good about themselves when they left. That is the pay off for me!
